wolfgangarnold 142 Posted February 23, 2009 Carefully toned B/W version of Tulip II - with higher contrast and more focus on shapes, lines and textures. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted February 28, 2009 There's a kind of precision here that is compelling, both in your treatment of it and in the subject itself. Along with that distinctiveness comes suggestiveness, moving toward sexuality, again, accomplished both by the subject matter and by the photographer's perspective and focusing. Link to comment
wolfgangarnold 142 Posted March 1, 2009 many thanks for your favourable comment. Indeed you have very well summarizd my own perception of the image. In fact, while taking the (raw-) photograph my attention was mainly on the interplay of shapes. Only while postprocessing I was surprised by its suggestiveness (did my subconciousness play a trick on me?!) - and I was very curious whether it will be noticed :-). Link to comment

richard_john_edwards 0 Posted June 13, 2012 Wolfgan, of your flower series this one caught my eye, the texture has an almost human apearance, like finger prints and wrinkles in the skin. Black and white works here, and your composition is excellent. Lovely work Wolfgang, thanks for sharing these imagesregards Richard Link to comment
