Thank you very much for the compliments on this robin. It did look rather forelorn as if it was unhappy that winter has ended and droves of "other" birds will be coming back to share a meal. It need not worry for there is plenty for everyone, I should re-assure :)

Excellent shot, Taha ! Such a pleasant background, the composition stands out in this picture. Also the bird is right on focus, you can clearly see all the details. One of the best European Robin photos I've seen.

Great shot. The bird with its red/orange face surrounded by the black bg, really makes the bird stand out. Wonderfully composed. Thanks for posting it.
