Thank you, everybody. I am flattered. I will pass on your praise to Sianne as well. She did an exceptional job producing such wonderfully emotive expressions for me - the hair is actually a wig and it was so tight on her, she was in considerable pain throughout the hour long session. My hat off to her professionalism and strength of character. M :)

This is just beautiful....it has a very nice vintage 1940s feel to it. Wonderful Rembrant lighting...beautiful model with amazing eyes. The dark moody lighting and the wonderful tones and textures realy enhance the character of this portrait. Well done.

'Classic' was what we were after and it was hugely rewarding to be able to produce what we wanted mostly in-camera through makeup, hair, styling and careful use of lights. Post worked to top it all of nicely.
