dmo_galleries_chicago_phot 0 Posted February 21, 2009 I'm learning some new processing techniques to bring out the color in my infrared photos. I appreciate your thoughts. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted February 21, 2009 I like how it turned out. I've played with b&w film IR, and only attempted some color. Unfortunetly, my digitals are all un-modified, I won't get the same effect even with a shallow 720nm cutoff. How did you do the color conversion? Reversing channels? Keep up the work! Link to comment
dmo_galleries_chicago_phot 0 Posted February 21, 2009 Thanks, Jerald. Yes, I reversed the channels, a technique I was unaware of until yesterday. So far, I am generally pleased with the results. Link to comment

alexander mandl 0 Posted February 21, 2009 Hi, I am also playing arround with IR and had a lot of lensflares with some Nikon lenses (especially the nano crystal coated)... I wold crop about 1/4 of the pic from the bottom... for IR it is a good start... here in Austria it is still winter . so it does not realy work with the trees... cheers Alex Link to comment
