Gourmet flatbreads baked in a unique wood-fired, refractory cement

oven-on-wheels are a big attraction at the Ithaca Farmers Market in

upstate New York. The most popular is a Swiss chard and feta cheese

combination, according to chef and owner Leslie Muhlhan, seen in

background preparing more flatbreads. Muhlhan also operates the "Queen

of Tarts" cafe and a wedding cake bakery in Ithaca. Cheers...Bill
