AJHingel 127 Posted February 22, 2009 Great photo that catches the eye but which would be more perfect is you solve the problem of the pixils around the border of the moon. I also feel that the branches of the tree are somewhat soft and would improve by sharpening. Link to comment
BelaMolnar 2 Posted February 22, 2009 It is a symmetrical composition, but a very good one. I would add more blue to the whole image to get a more life alike mood and the evening feel, and saturate the yellow for the moon and the reflection. IMHO of course. The image is, almost b/w in this stage. Try to get more contrast and light of the foreground snow field, to get the tree shadow more positive. As Andrew said, you have a pixel problem around the Moon. The Moon vas behind the tree, originally I assume, and the cloning is very visible on this area on the tree. Cheers; Bela Link to comment

dgv 1 Posted March 9, 2009 Is a very nice composition, Lennard, I agree with Bela's comments but is still a very nice composition with lovely light, the shadow infront of the tree is fantastic. Link to comment
