Skin needs lots of work, and neck way off focus....sorry

It's pin sharp, focused on face and some flaws-talking technically of course, the girl has a stunning beauty-need to be restored.So i agree with Andre you must soften the skin tone.But on a second thought, a portrait is the real image of a living being, so why to improve any feature ? Best regards

Picture is nice in this way IMHO. I like the shallow DOF and think this beautiful girl don't deserve to be transformed in some porcelain doll.

You have many wonderful portraits in your portfolio, but I think this is one of my favorites...I really like how you've composed this portrait...the focus is clearly on her striking eyes, but you've done a nice job balancing the image by including her pony tails and neckline. I really like the soft natural lighting on this image and her warm demure smile is just great. Nicely captured.
