Cute - have you tried the saturation and slowing moving the hue slider (with preview on) to see the difference?

Hi Tony- Yes, I check the effects both of those techniques on my photo alterations. I wanted to keep more of a pastel tone on this one. The "wrong end" of the slider gave me some pretty intense colors I didn't care for. I did use it to slightly desaturate the colors. The orange in the background is actually a color replacement.
