Wind Chill

-10°C + 80kph wind gusts = hands and feet frozen... but the entire

valley for me alone, too!

This is the Orco valley near to Ceresole in Piedmont, Italy. The

plateau you see in the middle field is actually a huge lake,

completely frozen.

I almost thought this was a b&w image. You need to get some of those hand warmers that golfers use on cold days. One for each pocket for your hands and two more for the toes. Dramatic image, the swirls in the snow drift pull the eyes inward. Be careful, my friend, around these frozen lakes.
