The composition is rather good. Perhaps a little more detail in the shadow would be good. Also, I think the cranes spoil the mood.

i dont need more details in the shadows, becouse the interesting points are the sky and the skyline, that is rich of elements. the sky is perfectt, a very difficult exp. well done. just to correct the artefacts all around the lamp, talking about the lamp, i see that his glasses are very detailed and perfectly focused.
