timzeipekis 5 Posted February 5, 2009 Another addition to my "Touch of History" folder, which is more of a personal collection, I'd love to hear your thoughts! Link to comment
beartooth1 0 Posted February 6, 2009 Nice...looks like an old litho or something... Good leading line from the fence to the cabin.. If I had to nit pick something....the vignette is a bit strong for my tastes.... Link to comment
timzeipekis 5 Posted February 6, 2009 This is just something I do for myself for fun. I like to collect images of these old structures and give them an antique look. I have a straightforward b&w of this just about finished and should be uploaded soon. Thanks for looking! Link to comment

milena_safrova 0 Posted February 6, 2009 Very lovely presentation, it looks like a pencil drawing. I like also other pictures of this series Link to comment
johnroberts 0 Posted February 6, 2009 Well framed image, the fence leads in towards the cabin taking the eye with it. The toning works perfectly in this snow landscape. Very well produced and presented. Regards John Link to comment

frogpondstudio 0 Posted February 8, 2009 I like this one but I hope that you do not mind if I added some color to it. What do you think. I warmified it. I think that sepia can be to faded sometimes. Let me know what you think. cher.. Link to comment
timzeipekis 5 Posted February 8, 2009 Thanks for the comments! For these particular shots, I've been using pretty much a basic predetermined vignette/toning technique for all the photos in that series (see my "Touch of History" folder). Your rendition is a little to strong for my taste, although it could be a difference in monitors, but I really appreciate that you took the time with my photograph. That's a compliment in itself. I need to get over to your port, it's been too long. Link to comment
