This still life was originally conceived to explore the relationship between religion and peace, with the title "Still Life, Bible with Smith and Wesson". Many viewers commented that the image reminded them of America, and the image has enjoyed a successsful new life with the new title.Printed on Agfa Semi-Matte RC paper.
