A cold but snowless January and the promise of a similar February; the

question arises - it there enough? The pale sun on a clold morning

seems to say not.

Well done. good composition and colors. I like the story. I always like stories. Might there have been some way to show the cold or the winter more powerfully? This does look like a sunny winter day, a hint of ice in the foreground, but it does not portray the hint of apprehension found in the story. Ah the heat that heats you twice (at least).
