rarmstrong 0 Posted February 1, 2009 This is my wife's grand neice. She is a very willing subject which helped me practice some portraits which I have no experience shooting. She has a fiber from her hat at the corner of her right eye that I can't seem to get out and keep a natural look. Comments appreciated, thank you! Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted February 1, 2009 Dick.... What an absolute cutie! I think that's a snowflake, but how's this repair? Mike Link to comment
rarmstrong 0 Posted February 1, 2009 Mike, thank you! Your repair looks very good! I don't have much experience with portraits or cloning or repair work which I am just beginning to explore. The kids were visiting here last week and I just went out to get some shots of them playing with my Nikkor 80-400 mm zoom. Actually, I was pretty happy with the performance of the lens...and my subjects:-) Have anice night! Dick Link to comment
kathyb 54 Posted February 2, 2009 I cloned out the fiber with Photo Shop. LOL However the original shot is just fine the way it is. She's a cutie! Link to comment
rarmstrong 0 Posted February 2, 2009 Thank you, Kathy! I tried to clone it out in Aperture, but I kept messing up the lashes...I need more practice:-) Have a good night! Dick Link to comment
knobby6 1 Posted February 2, 2009 Great colors and a pretty good portrait. Looks like we have a few PS gurus here. Link to comment
rarmstrong 0 Posted February 2, 2009 Thanks Monte! I took this with my "bird" lens:-) Have a good day! Dick Link to comment
jmarcraveau 0 Posted February 2, 2009 Your series of portrait is really beautiful. But of course it would have been difficult to do bad with beautiful models like that ;-) Very nice. Regards, Jean-Marc Link to comment
kathyb 54 Posted February 2, 2009 Practice definitely improves cloning (and probably your surgical skills). It also helps to have good trifocals like I do. LOL Oh, and a steady hand on the computer mouse doesn't hurt either! Link to comment
