Regarding this image, this duo-tone treatment is really befitting. It confers that 'old' feeling to the building. You can almost hear it creaking. Nicely done.

The tones sustain the mood. Despite the sadness of the photo and title, this retains a lot of charm.

Economic crisis but the way you have portrayed it, I get a sense of warmth. If it was not leaning, I might even consider staying there (*_*).
