wingell 0 Posted January 26, 2009 Here's a shot taken to illustrate a news feature article about the closing of an upstate New York sauerkraut factory. Ed Hansen Jr. farms 2,500 acres near Geneva, NY, including 900 acres of cabbage, and he and other farmers in the area are worried that the shuttered processing factory will not reopen next year.
