brad clinch 0 Posted January 26, 2009 Larry, I like this image a great deal. Looking at the thumbnail I was expecting paintpots in Yellowstone and so was pleasantly surprised to see desert. Very interesting perspective. I wonder about the time of day and the light qualities working against the image. I enjoyed the strong light and colors in your portfolio. Regards, Brad Link to comment
Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted January 27, 2009 Thanks, Brad for your nice comment. Actually, the image was taken in mid-day on a tour where one only gets photos the tourist way. I adjusted the contrast in Photoshop to emphasize the striations in the rocks. This is Canyon De Chelly National Monument in Chinle, Arizona. Link to comment
