This is a wonderful image. The light, color, contrast are superb. It has sharpness, yet a pleasing softness to the background and sky as if you lowered the contrast or saturation a bit in the background. I want to get to Death Valley. It's among the parks we haven't been to. This kind of image is what photo.net is about.

Splendid! I was there on a dull summer day and didn't even bother to get my camera out. This shows again that it's the light that makes a good landscape photo. The green and blue tones are beautiful.
