JPPhoto1664880217 5 Posted January 22, 2009 This works very well in B&W. I particularly like the contrast. Jim Phelps Link to comment
juan-de-santa-anna 0 Posted January 22, 2009 I have to agree with the other Juan...this is a very poetic pose....Was wondering if other angles from this session are available? Maybe a lower angle and a wash of more dramatic lighting? I do like the tone of the legs and the lute...Bella....juan Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted January 24, 2009 Janusz, Thank you for taking the time. It is appreciated. Juan (1), What you say in your comment may well be true. However, it is the model who deserves the credit for this. She is an accomplished musician and loves her instrument very much. Jim, Thanks a lot. I do like this one myself. Juan (2), I do have other poses and angles. I may post them later. The light however, will be pretty much like this. I may try with more dramatic lighting if I have the chance to photograph the model and instrument again. Thanks everyone. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 24, 2009 One of your all time best, in my opinion. Beautiful tones, outstanding detail. This would not work for me in colour. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted January 25, 2009 I like it too. I think you might be surprised by the colour version for reasons that will become obvious when you see it. I can't post it at the moment as I am sitting having a coffee in a coffee shop. Thanks a lot. Link to comment
