mostly models Nora 9192 (full frame)

How would you crop this? Or would you crop it at all? It feels a

little lopsided, but I can't satisfy myself with any trimming. No

matter what I do, it doesn't feel right. Maybe I just need a little

more room on the left?

Nah, not yet.... let's see what others say about it. It could just be me.

 

She has such a delightful, inquisitive expression; like "Is this right?"... I like this series of shots and personally think this is what PN should be about, questioning and working, not just a gallery for display... Mike

 

 

First of all, you have great portrait captures.. And you are right, there is something disturbing in this portrait.. It needs croping, but I couldn't arrive a conclusion.. I think, the problem is at front shoulder or bottom of image, but not both.. Maybe cropping horizontally that eliminates underwear is best.. congrats.. O.B

I think Michael's crop suggestion is good although full-frame isn't bad. She has a great expression but I agree that she looks a bit uncomfortable which is probably what's bothering you.

I think you guys are right. Over all, I like the expression, but there is this uncomfortable tension going on. Very strange, and a good reason for a reshoot.
