I like the textures, color, and comp. It took a good eye to spot an interesting image in this setting. This might be interesting with a square crop. Of course that's my taste: I like square crops.

I had seen it before, and wanted to comment on it, but really couldn’t make up my mind about what to say, so I'll try to make it simple: Beautiful picture, Liz!

 

Your idea to use red for this type of image, to enhance the shadow lines on the pavement, is really genius.
