wieslawmamon 0 Posted January 16, 2009 for your little adjustments here and the explanation about the origin of this shot. This photo attracts the attention because the shape of the two silhouettes together is really unusual and the dynamism of the diver contrasts well with the static pose of the woman within this shape. Rotating the image triggered the cropping off the bottom part a bit and leaving the sky, which is not very interesting here, quite a large area of the composition. I'd see more pier at the bottom and less sky in the upper part at the cost of some elements on the left. I let myself play a bit with this interesting story and this is more or less how this composition works for me and I'm very interested in your opinion. I'm sorry to be a bit fussy, I just think this is an absolutely amazing shot taken by a clever eye and it's worth doing the best to make it even better. Thank you for your understanding:)). Best regards, -wm Link to comment

Link to comment

mark_q 0 Posted January 22, 2009 Quite a surreal moment you have captured here. You did remove the other version already (have been looking at these earlier) but I can say I prefer this version because of the purity and graphic impact being stronger, and I love the air and space on this your original version. Works very well as B&W. Bravo! Link to comment
