John Peri 1,029 Posted January 12, 2009 I tried to change the file but it was distorted by the software, so I had to change the pic .. sorry .. Les, here is the copy/post of the comment that you left .. John Peri , January 12, 2009; 06:24 A.M. (edit | delete) Les Berkley , January 11, 2009; 07:56 P.M. Now who would abandon her? Good use of the location, different mood from the previous image of her and the medieval painting. Pose is a bit unconvention, but she pulls it off well. Link to comment
JPPhoto1664880217 5 Posted January 12, 2009 Great contrast here. I particularly like the cross against the breast. It works well with her facial expression. Kudos to you both. Jim Phelps Link to comment

maddox 0 Posted January 12, 2009 This photo exhibits a quality that I really like in much of your color work... the subtle mixture of different colors of light. I like the way that the overall cool tone of this image is offset by very gentle warm tones. This duality is nicely shown in the colors of the model's skin compared to her eyes. The photo suggests another duality, too... The model's pose, with her shoulders leaning forward and downward, and the large dark-colored necklace seem at odds with her eyes and the direction of her face as she looks out the window... suggesting the conflict or tension between religion and sexuality. georgesaguna 0 Posted January 13, 2009 My eyes got stuck on this image, for a lot of different reasons, to start from its the look on her face and then because she is looking out of the window. It leves a lot of space where to dream and imagen whats beyond that window. Ye i must agree that the cross is a plus, but two things dont really impress me, the frame behind her head as the head loses definition. Secondaly the fact that she is centered in the middle, not cos of the thirds but more cos of depth into the photo. Personally i dont find that the left side of the photo contributes to any thing in the composition. I took the liberty to ps the image and as i am a lover of B&W i converted it too although i love the particular colours of this frame. Great work and i will shourly look you up again for inspiration and creative ideas George Saguna Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted January 22, 2009 Great photo John, an image that speaks, the title is very great, and do well to use the Italian to discuss feelings and the language more right to these things;) Saluti Alessio, Bravissimo :) Link to comment

mg 0 Posted February 12, 2009 Best of the three imo. This one has something more: the mood - together with the aesthetical qualities. And I like the fact that everything - including her is a bit hanging in an awkward way - icon, curtains... Cheers. Link to comment
