I have no idea why photos like this appeal to me. I guess you can look at art as the quest for the importantly creative but the absurdity of a picture like this takes us to the alley behind the museum where people aren't so deadly serious about things and actually seem to be having fun.

Believe me, I was thinking of you and some of your images while shooting this. I was alone with probably an odd-looking smile on my face. I was sure that the passers by were looking at me with rather awkward expressions as well.

I am really happy that you also found this image funny.

I hope this is not due to a sickness of some sort that we share somehow!

If that is a sickness, I suggest we work hard to infect more people.
