I am so glad that you had the intestinal fortitude to get out and take this rather than me; although I'd be hard pressed to find this anywhere close to me in southern California (it is 77 degrees F right now!). The weatherman predicts that you will have PLENTY of snow pictures to take VERY SOON

Its a nice capture with beautiful sunlight on the snow. we can see it sparkling in the snow crystals.

Thank you, Jean-Marc and Tim! There are 18 acres of woods across the road from my house. I was out shoveling snow and the sun was getting low on the horizon. I figured that there must be an image hiding in the woods! Lucky break! Light and timing, isn't that what it's all about?
