Very nice! This is a tough one to shoot? A bit of noise in the fore ground. but the detail is just stunning! With the differences of light This would be a great one for HDR? NICE! GH.

Thank you very much for your comments! Gordon, it was tough enough to shoot it! Midday, sunny and white snow outside, the light and reflection was too bright. Very difficult exercise for me! Regards.

It is really simple if you have photo shop, Take a shot at the recommended meter reading at proper exposure then take four more shots, two under exposed and two over exposed then adjust contrast and tonal value for each layer then put layers together, HDR is result, Mess with it, its realy cool you will be hooked?

As has been mentioned, the light and shadow work is handled wonderfully. Very much like a masters oil painting. The warm glow and surface detail in the shadows is impressive.

Hello Gunnar

Perhaps if you crop a bit of the left , it would be perfect.

Or maybe layer it as Gordon advised , to bring out some of the details on the left.

Otherwise , a truly beautiful photo.

Cheers from New York
