The Wide World of Eating Meat, part of a series.

intresting way of displaying a chuck roast and brocoli, I think i would have used a different cut maybe a t bone or a cut that most poeple recognise, very cool idea though nice color looks real fresh

A good response would be: Since it was an attempt to depict global consumption, I thought I'd use a cut more recognizable to the common man.

 

I'll see if I can get away with that.
