serenity is the word that springs to mind. Great those soft colours who go a long way in creating this wonderfull atmposphere in a classic but crafty composition.

Thank you very much, Jim, Lawrence and Ton! Over the holidays I went back to review my images from 2008 and clean up my computer. This allowed a second, third and more looks at some of the images that I thought might be worth saving. It is kind a fun to see how you react to some of your previous work after not seeing it for awhile...most of it went to the trash, but I decided to save this one. It is one of the shots from the summer that I felt pretty good about. I appreciate your comments and input.

Thanks, Tim! This is from the deck of my cabin on Squaw Lake in southwest Marquette County. A place to really get away from the world.
