Day's Remains
Probably taken after sunset, I was racing around trying to find a FG subject to use against the sun's glow upon the the clouds. I tested my wife's patience during this hike, as the light was fantastic but we were still a ways from the trailhead as dark approached. I told her "That's why we always lug our headlamps around." Not too sensative on my part. A fill flash was used to help illuminate the dead snag. I think a tighter crop off the top of the sky is in order.
