The Baker

The baker of the Arada Mountains. The bread is nomore made daily in

the communitarian oven, as in other times. For people of the villages

in the Gralheira, São Macário and Freita Mountains still a tradition

and a ritual to join togheter waiting of the ambulant baker and his

old van, carrying the delicious bread he produces daily.
