Your exposure and color are magnificient! Keeping your horizon level is to be commended. However the fact that you divided the picture into equal parts by the horizon line means it is not about the sky nor the sea but there is a big battle to win! Neither wins.

I like the warm light on the rocks and I think your composition is great. In my opinion the equal division works here. Great Job!
