El Capitan

Took this one a few days ago after a storm hit Yosemite. I live in WI,

and had this trip planned 2 months ago. Turns out I was very lucky to

have arrived after such a significant snowfall... I tokk alot of very fine

images with the 5D II and will post more as time permits. This was a

quick field edit on my (uncalibrated) laptop...

Yosemite Valley in winter, vey nice job handling the contrast between shaded valley floor and sunlit mountain tops.

Beautiful mood you've captured here - winter on the Merced. I might be tempted to adjust the white balance to back the blues off a skosh; but that's a personal preference.
