Not Here 93 Posted January 2, 2009 Delightful.... I like the spontaneity of this shot and the natural look and feel. For a comment I would clone out the piece of hay that pokes her in the head and the blurry piece that crosses her forearm. Beautiful young lady and excellent light.... Mike Link to comment
umesh_bhayaraju 0 Posted January 3, 2009 IMHO, the picture is too flat....needs cropping on top and framing. Link to comment
dougityb 0 Posted January 4, 2009 Michael, good points about the cloning suggestions, especially the one on her head. Thanks Link to comment
dougityb 0 Posted January 4, 2009 Umesh, I'm not sure what you mean by "flat." The contrast looks fine to me, but I have a LCD monitor, which gives me problems with contrast when the same images are viewed on CRT screens. Maybe it's a matter of monitor differences? The cropping at the top...seems like a small issue, and the framing, that seems to be a matter of personal taste. I'd be glad to see what you mean if you care to post it online here. Link to comment
dougityb 0 Posted January 5, 2009 Umesh, if you're out there. I'm looking at this shot on a different computer, and I think, for sure, it's an issue of machinery. Parts of it look washed out on this monitor, whereas at my home unit, it looks terrific. Link to comment
