You offer no other explanation as to why your subject was placed dead center (normally an no-no) so I'm going to opt for another crop. Try a square crop from the right hand side and let the frame line fall just to the left of your subject. (still gives your subject room to 'move into'. Len, Thanks. I chose this crop hoping to deliberately focus the message of isolation of individual in nature (our personal human survival instincts and environmental challenges). When I tried this differently, the image began to take on a more seascape feel rather than the documentary statement.
