Very very good shot. I have some improvements to propose:

- You could change the bright of the eyes to make more interesting her sight.

- The hairy cloth under her body could be more hairy if you make it a bit less overexposed. You can make this with layers in photoshop. One layer for the model another for the cloth with different expositions, and then mix it.

- Finally you could make zome touches to the border.

As example i've made this one with all my respect for your work.
