dacamera 0 Posted December 23, 2008 Swirling foam trapped in the winter torrent. All comments appreciated. Link to comment
cezaryfilew 0 Posted December 23, 2008 The composition seems to be perfect, there is so much so neatly packed in...I would cut the upper part to make it more mysterious, maybe the sky explains too much. Best regards! C.F. Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted December 23, 2008 Terrific image and especially the twister in the foreground. Great composition and perfectly executed. 6/7 - and why not a 7/7 - I know that the rust brown color in the water is probably naturally ocurring but I am still trying to decide if I like it or not - just a personal preference in this aesthetic world of art and photography. Simon, you must know that I am not trying to diminish the value of this fine image just offering an opinion. Best wishes for the Christmas Season to you and your loved ones. PS just wished the low-scored anon raters would offer a comment about their dislikes - it could be so helpful. Link to comment
dallalb 0 Posted December 23, 2008 Really I don't understand low anonymous ratings for this shot! I prefer honest comments as Tony's one! In my opinion this is a wonderful shot, technically perfect. I love the composition and the brown color of the water is natural and important to create a graphic separation between water and snow. I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, Simon! Thank you to share your masterpieces! Alberto. Link to comment

ricardocortes 0 Posted December 28, 2008 Preciosa toma con esos efectos causados por el agua y esa obturación lenta. Felices Fiestas. Saludos Link to comment
timzeipekis 5 Posted December 29, 2008 Beautiful scene, excellent color as always, in all honesty though, the blurry swirl in the foreground is a bit off-putting for me Link to comment
