Philippe, a second nature

I used for the first time my new nikon camera D90 in a dark room. I am

not expert, but I try something.

Philippe, amateur artist, played a funny sketch. I did not use flash.

The light comes from the lighting of the stage.

It is a very good record of the funny sketch and the fact that you were able to get it with only the stage light. Expression is good and colors are bright. Light is very harsh resulting in blown out highlights on head, hand and nose that cant be corrected.

You have a very good camera. When you encounter such harsh lighting get close to correct exposure for the highlight that will render rest of the picture dark that can be adjusted a bit in post processing but keeping the sense of stage light illumination. Keep shooting and learning, you sure will get better.

Great image. Only minor issue is the hair highlights are blown. Difficult shot on stage.

This is an amazing image, because of the conditions and light sourse, I have been taking some Theather images, And I know hoe difficult it is, The eyes are very clear and convey expression!! Warm regards.
