I think this photo has potential I'm just having a hard time trying to determine what the subject is? The steep hill? The cables? The view of the town below? All the above? 4/4.

you are right about the subject matter, the cables are sort of in the way of the view but from where I was shooting ( in the tele cabin ) there was no other way not to capture the cables. the whole response is what I believe is needed to interpret the photo. thanks for your thoughts
