John - The vignette is kind of a personal thing......I become mesmerized by those old faded photographs of days long past, so I thought I would treat this that way.

I love the photo, this looks like a dream subject and the characterful treatment suits it well. I would also love to see a dispassionate rendering (ala Berndt & Hilla Becher) to give me a good idea of location and constuction etc.
