This massive region of active star formation is about 7,000

light-years distant with dimensions of about 70x44 light-years. It

resides in our sky in the constellation of Serpens Cauda, the tail of

the Snake.

Pretty cool William. It looks more like the sting ray nebula, but I guess you didn't get to name it ;-) It's really fascinating getting to see some of these shots. Thanks for doing this.
