Quinquela Martin, the famous Argentine artist, who colorfully depicted

the port of Buenos Aires and this neighborhood. You comments are

Thanks Cesar and Jorge. Cesar, La Boca is a touristy fun part of Buenos Aires. I strongly recommend Buenos Aires and Argentina as a place to visit. The geographic diversity of Argentina is similar to the U.S. in many ways. Thanks for your comment. Jorge, what a transformation. Do I like it, yes. Is it the image I took, no. I appreciate your taking the time to do this. Can you explain how you turned it into a circle. The shadow is a negative, but a reality. I was only there for a few minutes in mid day. Asi es la vida. For the colors I assume you just used the color picker, eh? I would appreciate a somewhat detailed explanation of how to do what you have done.

Larry Im happy you liked my transformation, I used a filter in a program the name is Jasc Paint Shop Pro Studio with this program I made the circle and the colors with the Microsoft Digital Image this way I moved some of the shadows, it was a pleasure because I love the colors, if you visit my gallery you will see.
