This elongated format suggests it is a movie or tv image - it does not particularly work compositionally as a photograph. The ghoulish figure on the left draws the most attention but the eye is distracted by the orange (whatever) and bothered by the dark useless space on the right. It is not clear how this image illustrates the title.
