Perfect title! It looks like the total lower price involved the proverbial five finger discount!

In any case, this is an interesting shot which does, in fact, tell a sad story. The scene it captures reminds me of some of the "gloom & doom" movies about the world's future. The detail on the building is quite effective, and the gloomy sky helps to reinforce the story.
