Wondeful idea, very original and carried out amazingly. Brilliant photograph.

With a quick glance you will see only a simple image, a closer look

reveals something more complex.

Interesting image, the Xross is a give away of your stitch work.

I needed to leave something that would confuse people. The stairway looks like one uninterrupted image. In the other parts of the image I made no attempt to try and hide the stitch. Even my placement of the letters "S T E P" was designed to help "giveaway" the concept that this is 4 images "stepped and repeated" to the right and downward. Still, many people do not notice it at first glance. When I show people this photo, most of them immediately think that it is a single image. I even had one person inquire "what about this photo makes it digital art." He did not see that it was the same image repeated. Needless to say, I have had fun showing people this print.

Frame or not? I prefer the frame.

The frame adds a lot to the effect of the photo I much prefer it witht he frame.

Very strong different patterns. IMHO, the upper right corner is in sort of dissonance to them, which is arguable to me to fit the frame.
