I'm no insect expert, but I've never seen a moth quite like this one before. Can anyone

identify it? It was a very powerful flyer, and kept circling back to land on this particular

plant.

This is actually a type of butterfly called a skipper. Mostly found in the Southern part of the US. Btw, the clubs on the ends of the antennae are a dead give away for this being a butterfly vs a month.

crop is a bit tighter around the butterfly then I would like.
