pnital 36 Posted December 5, 2008 Cape Cod in the changing season is a feast for the eye. The surrounding is a real Paradise. This " decorated" house is a small example of how it is reflected everywhere. Thanks for viewing. Link to comment
john van aarle 0 Posted December 5, 2008 Pnina , I like the textures and shapes you capture here! The two images melted together are very well exposed, and the colour palette is attractive...Well done on this 'still' life!Greetings, John(ps.. a little curious .. where you live ? Israel or US ?) Link to comment
pfranklin 0 Posted December 5, 2008 Creative and interesting, nicely composed. Like this image! Warm regards, Pamela Link to comment
bob_belanger 1 Posted December 5, 2008 The strength of the reflection makes this one look like a double exposure. Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted December 6, 2008 You know I always like a good reflected image Pnina, but with yours I find that I am longing to see the flower decoration without the reflection. I am betting that it is quite lovely by itself too. Nice shot. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted December 6, 2008 John, thanks, yes I live in Israel ,and visited family and friend in America.. It is one frame only, it was a set up of a window in a store( as far as I remember, I photographed a lot )and the flowers simply reflected on the window glass... Pamela,Bob and Shawn, thanks for your visit, as I have explained,it was not a real house but big window store backdrop , the reflections were very unusual, and looked like a decorated house. It is one frame only. Link to comment
chens 0 Posted December 6, 2008 excellent capture of the reflections. in chinese traditional culture, everything including a man's whole life, is nothing but a reflection of the mirror, a glimpse of the light, or a dream... as your beautiful picture. regards. Link to comment

daily_photograph 0 Posted December 6, 2008 Pnina, I was confused for a moment because I thought not to look at the monitor but out of our window ... But then I noticed it - there arent such nice flowers in front here! Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted December 6, 2008 This encapsulates the Cape experience. Stately little houses with flowered lawns. An effective shot. Link to comment
milena_safrova 0 Posted December 6, 2008 If I understand it well it is one exposure - reflection, very nicely seen and presented, it invokes very intimate feeling Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted December 6, 2008 Yes, I love the charm of New England and especially Cape Cod. This almost looks as if the viewer is looking out a window through a sheer flowered drapery (in my mother's generation, these ornately flowered draperies were quite in style). It is quite imaginative of you to have caught this reflection, Pnina, and I love it! Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted December 6, 2008 Very nice how the flowers incoporated witht the house's reflection to form this lovely image. Well spotted & presented. Link to comment
carsten_ranke 0 Posted December 6, 2008 Well seen and composed, Pnina. I love the deep, dark colours against the bright hues, and the mixed objects. Very good ! Link to comment

paula grenside 0 Posted December 8, 2008 Pnina, at first I thought you had played with Photoshop, but this natural reflection effect is what nature itself can do. Well seen and captured. Link to comment
gordonjb 10,860 Posted December 8, 2008 The natural collision of two worlds. In this case two harmonious worlds. Your eye for spotting compositions in reflections is always inspirational. Link to comment
