emmaparra 0 Posted December 3, 2008 Good work, that green is superb. thast pose is genuine, obtaining too perfect light and contrast. This will be one of my favorite, and the only one in this genre. Well done Thanks for your kindly comments Link to comment
Life Photo-Documentaries 0 Posted December 3, 2008 Sonia Very nice portrait... The snake is sleeping because even when the light is low, the iris is closed. With this amount of available light the iris should be opened if the snake were awoken, unless you had done several shoots with flash. Congratulations, your portrait is very evocative. Print it in poster size... It will be wonderful. If you like snakes, I invite you to visit my photo.net portoflio and personal website. Best JC Link to comment

katzpjs 50 Posted December 3, 2008 I love to photograph this snake and I used to have 2 or 3 images of one in my portfolio. You happened to find one in a perfect position for a photograph and I am so envious because none of mine ever came close to being this good. 7/7 Link to comment

richard_cox2 0 Posted December 3, 2008 Put your ear real close to his nostrils and see if you can hear him snoring. :-) I guess this is a snake's way of buring his head into his feathers. Great lighting. Is this a zoo shot? Nice photo. Link to comment
