eyes and hairs are wonderful, and is a also a pleasure to see a nice woman with a cleaver face, the dress,,,, well, i see many artefacts, and is not so usefull in this photo for me, becouse my center is certainly the face.

Juan, you have created a beautiful, classic low key portrait. The "C" curve created by the head tilt added a compositional element as well as a feminine touch. There are just a very few things that could enhance it.

 

In a sleeveless dress like this, the arms will compete with the face for attention. So I am proposing to use a subtle vignette:

 

Using the Elliptical Marquee Selection tool feathered at 60 pixels, I selected an oval and then selected the inverse. I used the Brightness/Contrast control to darken outside of the oval.

 

I dodged the scleras (the whites of the eye) and the catch lights of the eye for extra "pop".

 

I also added an edge treatment.

I really like this portrait for several reasons

 

It has the look of a 20's film star portrait... I like the grain/noise also, it adds such character to the piece...

 

She has an interesting sort of blank expression... it's all in her darkly lined eyes, whatever story there is to find.

 

the gradients are very nice and the background is well suited to this subject.

 

The ribbon about her neck breaks up the skin tone nicely also... good touch there.
