This image of Talea was made as part of my first Glamour101

Workshop.

I wonder what the workshop leader suggested for lighting. If it was studio lighting, it did not seem to fit any style of key light, fill or hair light that I am familiar with.

 

In that respect I am not sure what you folks used, posisbly on camera flash (or tungsten lights). If so,the subject is not well exposed ---sorry to report. Possibly in color and with some more rescue operation it would work out. Right now the tonal scale seems- umm- sort of limited, don't you think...we all start somewhere and I compliment you on taking this course. I hope the leader knew his or her stuff. There are workshops and there are workshops,

Thank you for the detailed comment. Most rooms used on camera flash except this one. Here there was studio flash on a white cyc. This is also from a scanned film negative. I'll work on the image and see if it comes out better.
