A spectacular night in South Devon, the place was positively glowing for

around five very short minutes. This doesnt happend very often. It's as

true a rendition of the scene as I can get it processed in Lab mode.

Another stunning and amazing image. The glow and reflection off of the rocks is spectacular. I am personally not taken with the intense shade of fuchsia in the water. But, that isn't to say that it doesn't feel correct for the scene and that it works wonderfully in the image. Your ability to hold the highlights just above the cloud and keep detail on the cliff faces -- stupendous.

Just a stunning landscape, captured excellently. I can't fault it nor give it justice...

... Just thank you for sharing this wonderful image with us.

The word stunning has already been used to describe this image David so I used my thesaurus to come up with something different. The best I could find was "Out of this world"...and it certainly is. I assume that this was taken last Monday? I had the pleasure of being out that evening as well down by the Tamar Bridge. You're right, evenings like that don't come along very often and you have certainly made the most of this one. I've looked at this image for some time now and can't find anything wrong with it. Out of this world.

Cheers for the back up Colin, technolgy casts doubt, its a terrible affliction, so its nice to have someone say they saw it to.

Wonderful shot! Great colors,.. like they can be when mother earth is in the right mood. Interesting article you wrote. 14-24 is no doubt a stellar lens, but a shame the lens dont like filters..
